1Choose your time

Select 5, 10, 20, or a custom 1–360 minutes before visiting a selected site.

2A grayscale reminder

When the timer ends, the page becomes black and white. You get 3 minutes to wrap up.

3Time to move on

All matching tabs for that website close, and a reflection page opens.

Automatic closure can lose unsaved work. Save drafts and forms before timing a website. Timers run in the background and are shared across tabs and subdomains. Chrome may delay alarms after sleep or while busy. Don’t select sites where automatic closure would be inappropriate.

WebLimit checks tab addresses against your selected domains to run timers and close matching tabs. It stores settings, chosen domains, visit times/durations (up to 300 completed visits), active timers and this acceptance locally. The hosted manager displays settings and visit records in your browser; WebLimit does not upload them. Opening it makes an ordinary request to Cloudflare.
